Bulat and Basalt models


The Bulat welding suit model is equipped with a jacket and trousers.

Protection classes of welding overalls

Welder suits are marked with the standard number and protection class. It is the second parameter that you should pay special attention to. According to GOST, there are 1st, 2nd and 3rd classes. Depending on the class, the technical requirements for equipment differ.

1 class

Class 1 clothing is intended for use at a distance of more than 2 meters from a source of sparks and splashes; used on welding lines and plasma cutting of metal.

3rd grade

Storage and care rules

After each work process, it is necessary to check the suit for defects, burns, seam divergences and other damage. The presence of torn edges or holes is unacceptable. The uniform must be repaired on time by professionals.

The welder's uniform should be stored in a warehouse-type room. Do not leave the suit for a long time in conditions of high humidity. It is dangerous to store the welding mold near an open flame, near flammable substances, near fuel, acetone, or alcohol.

The form tolerates all types of dry cleaning perfectly . Washing is possible only for those types of workwear that are not impregnated with fire-resistant substances.
