Types, location and sizes of riffles

For quality control, at least two sheets from a batch should be selected; the consumer may require testing of the physical characteristics of rolled sheets.

The thickness of the base of the sheet and the dimensions of the grooves must be checked at a distance of ≥ 100 mm from their corners and 40 mm from the edge. Hot-rolled corrugated diamond/lentil sheet 6x1500x6000 GOST 8568-77 cannot have dimensions outside the established tolerance fields; the profile height is determined by the difference in the total thickness of the sheet and the thickness of its base.
