The purified water is supplied by a circulation pump to the secondary settling tank, where, under the influence of gravity, the sludge falls and is sent back to the aeration tank through a funnel-shaped hole in the bottom. Clean water leaves the station by gravity through the overflow. At this stage, a fatty film with particles of small debris may form on the surface. To prevent all this from getting into the drainage water, a grease trap is installed, which removes the film and takes it for recycling.

How to manage unilos.

This mode is maintained until the sensor in the equalizer drops. At this moment, a corresponding signal will be sent to the solenoid valve, and the air will be redirected to the reverse phase circuit. The air injection in the aeration tank will stop, the sludge will begin to settle to the bottom and the recirculator pump will turn on. Using an airlift pump, water and sludge are pumped into the activated sludge stabilizer. Here the liquid settles again. Heavy particles fall, remaining in the stabilizer. Water with floating activated sludge goes through the overflow into the receiving chamber. This continues until the sensor signals that the equalization chamber is full. After this, the station will switch back to the direct phase. The switching mode will be active until new waste flows from the internal sewer system.
