Ergobox septic tank is available in two versions:

• gravity (S);
• with positive ejection (PR).

The lowest-power autonomous sewage system, designed to process wastewater in the amount of 1000 liters per day (septic tank Ergobox 4 S and Ergobox 4 PR) is recommended for use by a family of 4 people. Installation

2. Prepare a pit of the required size. He digs in such a way that there is a space of 25 centimeters on all sides from the outer walls of the unit to the edge of the ground. The depth of the pit should be designed to fill a 3-5 cm sand layer. The bottom of the pit is leveled. Permissible deviations from the horizontal are no more than 1 cm per meter.
3. Dig trenches for pipelines. Pay special attention to the supply trench. It must have a slope of at least 2 cm per linear meter to ensure unimpeded flow of liquid.
4. The bottom of the trenches is covered with a layer of sand 20-30 cm thick.
5. The unit is placed at the bottom of the pit.
6. Backfilling is carried out with a mixture of cement and sand (ratio 1:5) in stages. After filling every 20 cm, compaction is performed.

Simultaneously with backfilling, the container is gradually filled with clean water. At each stage, the liquid level must exceed the backfill level by 20-30 cm. Water must simultaneously fill all chambers. This is necessary to create uniform pressure on the walls of the container from the outside and inside.

On my site there is a septic tank made of concrete rings KS15-9, and it is constantly full of water. It’s not clear what to do!!! A waste of money. The problem had to be solved somehow. I began to rack my brains: what and how! Friends mostly have septic tanks Topas 3, Topas 5, Astra 5, which, as I understand it, is the same thing. I visited friends, looked around, asked around, the septic tanks are good, the quality of wastewater treatment is excellent. but for the rest...the questions begin!!! The price of the products with all the discounts exceeds 80,000 rubles, plus delivery, plus installation, plus, plus... Judging by the color of the lid and the design, it’s unclear who licked the project from whom - it’s not clear))) I opened the lids: the first thing that scares me is the depth of the structures and, accordingly, installation - 2.5 m. The design is vertical, very deep - and as I understand, cleaning such a structure will not be an easy task. Energy consumption is high. installation is the most expensive among other options, in formwork. And at my site in Tutaev the water is at a bayonet level even in July. To sum it up, it turns out that turnkey installation of a septic tank type Topas 5, Astra 5 will cost 120,000-130,000 rubles. just bury it with a connection distance of 3 m, and with full-fledged trenches of 15-20 m. it will cost 135,000-150,000 rubles.

The installation was completed quickly, thoughtfully, without unnecessary movements or unnecessary fuss, although it rained all three days. everything works better than I thought. In addition to the sewer system, storm water from the roof and site began to be pumped out through the septic tank, an eternal headache. Now everything goes along with rainwater beyond the boundaries of the site. I wouldn't have thought of it myself. Everything works and I am pleased with the result)))
