Contains bifidobacteria

The most popular representatives of eubiotics are preparations containing bifidobacteria. They are sometimes mistakenly assumed to have an effect on a person's stomach health. Bifidobacteria are residents of the intestines; they make up the main part of the microflora of newborns. Living microorganisms establish a healthy environment in the intestines, which has a destructive effect on pathogenic microflora and promotes the best consumption of enzymes and vitamins by this section of the food system.

For example, the drug Bifidumbacterin, when it reaches the intestinal mucosa, organizes the growth of beneficial bacterial colonies on it. Contains lactobacilli

Eubiotics also include preparations containing lactobacilli. They, like bifidobacteria, are correctors of the state of the human food system, but unlike bifidobacteria, they can act on the mucous membranes of all parts of the digestive tract: from the mouth to the stomach.

Popular preparations containing lactobacilli are lactobacterins, containing live cultures of lactobacilli plantarum. Among these, pharmacists most often offer the drug Acylact.
